Boot Camp Classes
Boot Camp classes are on Tuesday and Friday mornings at 6am! Bootcamp involves a great variety of mixed exercises and movements designed to shock the body for the best results. It's great for fitness and toning, building strength and improving cardiovascular endurance.
- Ladies Classes: Ladies are you bored of the treadmill? Come learn how to kick butt and get it greatshape at the same time by doing our ladies classes. Variety of technique,cardio and conditioning exercises targeted for women. Ladies classes are great for improving fitness, losing body fat and toning the body.
- Sparring Classes: Sparring is where you put all the technique and timing you've been drilling, into action. The idea is to work on your movement, defensive skills and timing. This is solid contact yet minimum force is used.
- Kids Classes: Suitable for ages 6-12, kid's classes teaches a great variety of technique, co-ordination games, general fitness and discipline. Bring your kid/s and you get to use the upstairs gym for only $5.
- Muay Thai Classes: This class is our recommended class. This is for learning pad drills and technique. This is a non-contact class. Muay Thai is an exceptional type of exercise designed for conditioning, learning new skills and techniques, building fitness plus improving cardiovascular endurance.
- Fighter Classes: For established fighters or people getting ready for the ring.
- MMA Classes: Come and learn from the ground up Freestyle Wrestling, BJJ and Judo incorporating a fun-filled class including conditioning and technique, catering for males and females.
- Wrestling: Wrestling involves grappling type techniques such as clinch fighting, throws and takedowns, joint locks, pins and other grappling holds. Beneficial for all round fitness and self-defence.
- Boxing: Boxing is high intensity training that creates an all-over body workout. It makes you physically stronger as well as aerobically and anaerobically fitter. It trains the upper body, lower body and core strength.
- Kickboxing: Kickboxing combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning.
- Yoga: Coming SOON; increase your energy, reduce stifness and relax with one of our yoga classes where it's designed to improve the health, performance and mental acuity of athletes or individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. Perfect for unwinding and forgetting about stress.
Pricing for Classes
- Casual Visit $20 (10 pack card $180)
- Direct Debit: $70 per fortnight or $140 per month ($50 joining fee)
- Kids Classes: $12.00 per class (10 pack card $100)
- Train with Stuart McKinnon: $95 per hour (10 packs available, get your 11th session FREE)
- Private Lessons: $75.00 per hour (10 packs available, get your 11th session FREE)
- Private Group Training with Stuart McKinnon: $95 per hour plus $20 for every extra person.
