Types of Classes
MUAY THAI:
This class is our recommended class. This is for learning pad drills and technique. This is a non-contact class. Muay Thai is an exceptional type of exercise designed for conditioning, learning new skills and techniques, building fitness plus improving cardiovascular endurance. Caters for males and females; great way to learn self defence.
BOXING:
Boxing is high intensity training that creates an all-over body workout. It makes you physically stronger as well as aerobically and anaerobically fitter. It trains the upper body, lower body and core strength.
BOOT CAMP:
Building strength while improving your cardiac functions. Including a variety of weights and cardio circuit training to provide overall physical conditioning and toning.
SPARRING:
Sparring is where you put all the technique and timing you've been drilling, into action. The idea is to work on your movement, defensive skills and timing. This is solid contact yet minimum force is used.
KIDS CLASSES:
Suitable for ages 4-11, kid's classes teaches a great variety of technique, self defence, self confidence, co-ordination games, general fitness and discipline. Bring your kid/s and you get to use the upstairs gym for only $10.
TEENS MUAY THAI:
Teaching teens proper Muay Thai technique, building confidence in a respectful environment. Learn self defence, while getting fit and having fun.
FIGHTERS:
For established fighters or people getting ready for the ring. Need to meet our relevant fitness and skill level requirements.
MMA:
Come and learn freestyle grappling/jujitsu and MMA techniques to help build up your ground game and self defence tools.
HARD YARDS:
For members who want to take their training to the next level and get a taste of what our fighters are put through. Designed for experienced members who already have a solid foundation that have been training with us for a minimum of 6 months and want to push their skills, conditioning and intensity. Please confirm with the trainers if you are eligible for this class.
ICE BATH:
Our state-of-the-art facility offers not only top-tier gym equipment but also a unique recovery experience with our ice bath sessions. Cold therapy is proven to reduce muscle soreness, improve circulation, and accelerate recovery, helping you train harder and recover faster.
OPEN GYM:
While staffed come and do your own training session on the boxing bags, upstairs weights room, or bring a partner and smash some pads! (Note: no coaches will be available at this time and training is self-guided). Please message or call to confirm as these hours can vary day to day.
